If you placed your order by 12 pm Mon-Fri we will pack and send your parcel on the same day and depending on your location you can expect delivery on the next working day for mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding highlands) and between 48-72 hours for other areas.
If you placed your order on Friday after 12 pm, Saturday or Sunday we will pack and send your order on Monday.

Your order will become trackable after your parcel has been collected from Wagg by the courier, usually between 3-5 pm. If you experience any problems with tracking your parcel after this time or your parcel is delayed please contact us.
